Condition Grades Explained
Before we dig into the condition of each grade, we just want to put your mind at ease. All tech is fully functional and tested with Phone Check a certified software solution. This test covers all of the following listed below. All used devices will have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
When it comes to grading the condition of each handset, we strive to meet your expectations. We know how important it is to be honest with you and do not want you to feel the slightest bit disappointed with the condition of your device. All devices are graded thoroughly to ensure only top-quality used products are available.

Phone check testing features (everything is tested!)
Grade B
This is our second-best quality; devices will be in excellent condition. These tend to have 2-4 minor marks which still are hardly visible when being used. The previous owner has taken great care of this device. We receive great feedback on the condition of these devices, check out these examples!
Grade C
This is the most common grade due to the nature of it being used tech. Our Grade C handsets tend to come with 5-8 minor marks. The previous owner has still looked after this device very well but some minor marks have appeared over time.
You can get these devices at a great price and they still look and function perfectly fine. Once you pop a case and screen protector on you won’t know any different. Checkout out some examples below!
Grade D
Grade D handsets are our final grade. These handsets will come with noticeable marks, such as heavy scratches on the display and/or back glass along with some marks on the chasis. The previous owner hasn't popped on a screen protector or case so the device has developed some natural wear and tear.
If scratches and marks don't bother you to much then you could grab yourself one of the latest devices on the market at brilliant prices. These handset still work completely fine and once a case and screen protector is put on they really are good to go. If you do change your mind when you receive your handset we offer free returns and a 28 day return period! we have provided some examples below.
